Now at the Save Mart Center and open for select events, serving burritos, super nachos, quesadillas, tacos, beef taquitos, and the “Fat Man Combo”. Choose your favorite fillings and toppings; carne asada, chicken, chile verde, refried beans, rice, and more. Top it off with their homemade salsas available at the adjacent condiment stand. The Garcia family is proud to serve the finest quality ingredients that have been a Fresno staple since 1988. Cold draft beer and an assortment of Pepsi products are also available. Guadalajara Cantina is located at the southwest corner of the main concourse near section 106.
Located on the northeast concourse offering hot-off-the-grill ½-pound jumbo all beef hot dogs, ½-pound garlic Polish sausages, Louisiana hot links, zesty Kielbasa sausages, BBQ pulled pork nachos covered with jalapeño cheese sauce and a drizzle of chipotle sour cream, and BBQ pulled pork sandwiches. Top off your hot dog or sausage with grilled peppers and onions, sauerkraut, cheese, and chili. Finnegan’s Grill is open for Fresno State Men’s basketball games and other select events.
Enjoy a Lagunitas IPA or Pils craft beer on tap, or Coors Light from the portable pub, or an ice cold Pepsi also located at the Finnegan’s Grill.
Providing mouth-watering favorites: cheese, pepperoni, and specialty pizza slices. All pizzas are prepared fresh in our kitchen. Slices are also available at select portable cart locations on the main concourse.
Fresno State Ice Cream
Serving several flavors of hand dipped ice cream at the Save Mart Center: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and rocky road. Choose from waffle cones, regular cones, root beer floats, or sundaes. We also feature pre-packed Fresno State ice cream in half pints at select portable locations.
Fresno State Wines
Award-winning Fresno State wines are available at select portable carts on the main concourse.
Now available on the north concourse, featuring some of your favorites; Strawberry’s Wild and Mango-A-Go-Go (selection subject to change). Made with classic ingredients such as real whole fruit, juice and sherbet, these customer favorites are to die for. (Actually considering the ingredients “to live for” is more appropriate.)
Offering third-pound burgers, double burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches and vegetarian Santa Fe black bean burgers served hot off the grill. All the toppings are conveniently located at the adjacent condiment cart. You can also add fries to your sandwich for an additional charge. Bulldog Grill is also the place to find such favorites as fish and fries, chicken tenders, fries, chili-cheese fries and garlic fries.
Save Mart Center Concession Stands
Our concession stands provide guests with coffee, hot chocolate, domestic and premium draft beer, fresh popcorn, soft pretzels, nachos, hotdogs, Polish sausages, roasted peanuts, chips, Cracker Jacks, and candy. Savor is proud to feature a variety of Pepsi fountain products, Aquafina, Gatorade, and Rockstar Energy Drinks.

Nonprofit Organization Fundraising with Savor at Save Mart Center
Fresno partners with nonprofit groups to staff the concession stands at the Save Mart Center. This allows funds to be channeled back into the community and brings quality dedicated stand workers into our building.
We have built a successful nonprofit program. Our volunteers deliver a high level of guest service because we provide them with all the necessary tools and training to assure professional, knowledgeable, and reliable service.
We select groups that are best suited to our program, who will represent the building well, and who we feel will be successful. Not every interested and willing group is a good fit. We search for groups that have an aggressive fundraising need with enough volunteers to meet our staffing requirements, are well organized and committed group leaders, and share our passion for delivering a memorable experience for our guests.
